Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, you have 14 days from receipt of your product to make a return or exchange.

You will then have to return the unused and unworn product to us. (The products must not be damaged, stained, washed, worn. The labels must not be removed from the product either.) Return costs are completely free and carried out by post exclusively no later than 14 days following the communication of your decision to withdraw, in its original packaging.

To receive a refund, you must not open the package upon receipt (due to hygiene conditions). Compensation may be considered.

Contact us directly via our customer support so that we can inform you of the procedure. We then ask you not to open the products (accessories and textiles included).

Once the 14 day period has passed, we assume that you are satisfied with your products.
